Frequently asked questions
How accurate are your transcripts?
We target 98% word accuracy or higher, measured on hidden gold clips in every batch, and we report the real figure.
How do you spell words that have no standard spelling?
We follow the Chuon Nath dictionary and keep a project glossary for names, slang and loanwords, so spelling stays consistent.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard projects run at a steady weekly volume agreed in the pilot. Priority turnaround adds more transcribers.
