Terms of use

This website is run by ("", "we"), . By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The information on this site describes our services in general. It is not an offer. Prices, volumes, delivery dates and licence terms for any project or dataset are set only in a written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement takes priority over this page.

Please do not misuse the site: for example, by trying to break its security, sending spam or harmful code, copying it automatically at scale, or pretending to be someone else in our forms.

The text, design, logo and examples on this site belong to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Anything else needs our written permission.

Samples we send are only for evaluating whether our data suits your needs. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not use samples to train or improve models used in production, share them outside your organisation, or try to identify any person in them. Please delete samples when your evaluation ends.

Contributors work under a separate contributor agreement and a consent form for each project. Joining, testing and training are always free. We will never ask you to pay to work with us; if someone does, it is a scam, and please report it to us.

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or online.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Phnom Penh, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: . See also our Privacy policy.
